Data deletion

To delete your DM Collect account and all associated data (saved posts, enrichment, chat history, and profile), email us at hello@dmcollect.it from the address linked to your account.

We will process the request within 30 days and confirm completion by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your user record (profile, platform links).
• All saved Instagram posts and their enrichment data.
• All collections you created.
• All chat messages and history.

Authentication records held by our identity provider (Clerk) are also deleted as part of the same request.
